Customers must sign up and link their card before making a purchase. If they signed up after the transaction, that purchase will not earn points. Future purchases on that linked card will be tracked automatically.

Yes, customers can view their points and available rewards anytime by tapping the NFC and logging into their loyalty portal.

What if I use multiple credit cards?

Customers can add multiple credit cards to their loyalty profile. Any linked card will automatically earn points when used. The loyalty program does not support cash payments. Only purchases made with a linked credit card are eligible for points.

Can I redeem more than one reward at a time?

No, only one reward can be redeemed per purchase.

What happens when I press Redeem on a reward?

Accepted Answer

You confirm you want to redeem it now. A green countdown screen appears which must be shown to the cashier. Once the countdown ends, the reward is marked as used and removed, even if not applied.
