The Korean-Mexican fast casual restaurant features dishes inspired by traditional recipes from Chef/Owner David Choi’s childhood. Menu items include the Kimchi Fried Rice Burritos, Tacos, Nachos, Quesadillas, and Gogi Bowls – Seoul Taco’s take on the classic bibimbap dish. By designing each location uniquely with the help of local artists, Choi aims to make each Seoul Taco integral to the community – both a place to eat and to meet.

I used door dash this morning to order Seoul Taco today because it's taco Tuesday and I love Seoul Taco. Our food was delicious as usual and even ordered an extra container of kimchi and a pound each of chicken and steak so we can make our own tacos again soon. I don't think the meat comes marinated in their sauce but they have so many layers and so much depth with their food i can definitely whip up some marinade. I'm looking forward to using cooking the meat they offered for our own dinner. I couldn't wait so i took a bite of my burrito before i got to take the picture

Love that Seoul Taco has made its way to the Grove. The Grove needs some tacos on the scene for sure.
The new building is dope, it has this area inside that's like faux-grass and benches... almost like a park?
I came in the other day for an in and out visit. I was in a hurry, so it was brief, but that's exactly what I need from a fast-casual joint. The person who took my order was friendly and informative. I ordered 4 chicken tacos and had a seat.
The order came out fast, the tacos... piping hot and delicious. Love that they serve them automatically with lime wedges, I always use them all.
The space was beautiful, open, and clean.
