ABOUT
The Korean-Mexican fast casual restaurant features dishes inspired by traditional recipes from Chef/Owner David Choi’s childhood. Menu items include the Kimchi Fried Rice Burritos, Tacos, Nachos, Quesadillas, and Gogi Bowls – Seoul Taco’s take on the classic bibimbap dish. By designing each location uniquely with the help of local artists, Choi aims to make each Seoul Taco integral to the community – both a place to eat and to meet.
