ABOUT
The Korean-Mexican fast casual restaurant features dishes inspired by traditional recipes from Chef/Owner David Choi’s childhood. Menu items include the Kimchi Fried Rice Burritos, Tacos, Nachos, Quesadillas, and Gogi Bowls – Seoul Taco’s take on the classic bibimbap dish. By designing each location uniquely with the help of local artists, Choi aims to make each Seoul Taco integral to the community – both a place to eat and to meet.

Love this place! Open late and awesome food. Excellent gogi waffle fries and their Queso is amazing. Their kimchi fried rice is also excellent. I personally think it's better just as drunk food (doesn't taste as great sober in my opinion), highly recommend

Great bulgogi steak tacos with SiraCha mayo and lime and mixed greens on a corn tortilla , love the sweet potato waffle fries too! I eat lunch here 1 a week!! MUST CHECK IT OUT nothing else liKe I it I in chicago
