ABOUT
The Korean-Mexican fast casual restaurant features dishes inspired by traditional recipes from Chef/Owner David Choi’s childhood. Menu items include the Kimchi Fried Rice Burritos, Tacos, Nachos, Quesadillas, and Gogi Bowls – Seoul Taco’s take on the classic bibimbap dish. By designing each location uniquely with the help of local artists, Choi aims to make each Seoul Taco integral to the community – both a place to eat and to meet.

Came to St Louis for a friend's wedding and everyone had recommended Seoul Taco. This restaurant definitely lived up to the hype. The food was incredible. We ordered the vegetarian tacos, nachos, and fried rice. All of this with the sriracha hot sauce tasted even more amazing. The nachos with kimchi was probably the best I've had in a while as were the tacos. Would definitely recommend coming here!

The infamous Seoul Taco, the go to spot for Asian Fusion and Korean influenced tacos and burritos. I thought their chicken was the best followed by the steak then the pork. Add extra meat to your burrito for $4 extra, so delicious.
