Does the Seoul Taco Truck cater for weddings and other events?

Absolutely, Seoul Taco loves to bring the Food Truck experience to all special events. We often cater with our truck for weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, graduations, church events and more!

Does Seoul Taco require a minimum for a truck rental?

Yes, our minimum cost for a truck rental is $1200 (+ sales taxes and gratuities) and can go up from there depending on number of people, menu options, and event times.

How are the taxes determined for my event?

The taxes added to the balance depend on the address of the event.

Is there a service charge or gratuity for renting the Seoul Taco food truck?

Gratuities are not required but are greatly appreciated by our staff. Adding gratuity can be added at the customer’s discretion with the final balance Payment.

Do I need to provide a permit for the Seoul Taco truck to cater my event?

If you are located in St. Louis County or St. Louis City you will not need to obtain apermit. If you are outside of these areas, just let us know and we will see if it is required. If we are serving on private property, there is no need for any additional Permits.

How far in advance should I book the Seoul Taco food truck for my event?

We cannot always guarantee open time slots and dates, so the sooner you book the better to ensure your date is not already taken. We have Food Truck request forms on our website or you can directly email info@seoultao.com with your details of the event. Events must be booked 2 weeks prior to the date for scheduling purposes. If you have a last minute event, you are still welcome to email to inquire and if we are not booked and can take the event we absolutely will!

Does Seoul taco require a deposit for the events?

Yes, we require a $500 deposit to hold the date on our calendar.

When is the total due?

The remaining balance will be due at the end of service by credit card or cash. We will require a credit card number prior to the event to ensure payment will be made. If you wish to pay by check the balance will be due 10 days prior to the event.

Does the Seoul Taco Truck cater for weddings and other events?

Does this mean my event is locked in? No, the request forms are just to inform us that you are interested in booking the truck. We will email you back with more information about booking the event, so stay tuned!
